The Mission House began being built in 2019 with the idea to have a place where our churches here in the Dominican or our partner churches from the States could come and use it for conferences, workshops, classes, leadership training, and host a place to stay for mission trip groups. We are able to host 40 people currently. There are still four more rooms to be finished so we are hoping to double the hosting capacity when those are complete. There is an eating area on the property accompanied by a full kitchen. In the future, we plan to build a multi-purpose room that’ll have the capacity of between 150-200 people. We also hope to add offices, classrooms, a parking lot, and a recreational area.
